Dana Knott serves as Director of Libraries at Columbus State Community College, where she worked previously as Library Coordinator of the Delaware Campus and adjunct faculty in the English Department. Before her return to the Columbus State Library, Dana was the McGregor Library Director and core faculty at Antioch University. Dana espouses an ethics of care approach and participatory leadership to enhance services, center student success, and remove barriers. She earned her Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations from University of Dayton and holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree (Kent State University) and Master of English degree (Oklahoma State University). In spare moments, Dana writes poetry and edits tiny wren lit, an online magazine that publishes micro-poetry.
