Looking for policy team members from Independent institutions, by Nov 25

There is one open position for an Independent library representative for each of OhioLINK’s standing policy teams: Cooperative Information Resources Management Policy Team (CIRM); Database Improvement and Discoverability Policy Team (DIAD); Intercampus Services Committee Policy Team (ICS); and User Experience Policy Team (UX). These are 3-year terms, from January 2025 – December 2027. The policy teams identify issues, discuss changes or solutions, and propose membership‐wide commitments, policies, and procedures to the Library Advisory Council. In general, the teams deal with decisions that require financial commitments or other membership‐wide agreements to ensure that OhioLINK functions as a cooperative venture. The Independent libraries policy team representatives ensure that the group’s perspectives and concerns are reflected in policies and decisions. If you would like more information, contact Alyssa Darden and Dee Peterson by November 25.
