- This week’s in-person trainings are at Columbus State Community College and Bowling Green State University. Training will take place unless there is a Level 3 Snow Emergency at the training location. We will notify attendees via email as early as possible if a session has to be cancelled. Of course, be safe!

- A new page has been added to the LSP site that details approved LSP policies and supporting documentation.
- Rapido Wave 6 training for LSP Project Leads kicks off February 12. (Waves 4 & 5 will start after Wave 6 begins.) Rapido is the tool that will replace INN-Reach lending (PCIRC) in Alma/ Primo. Training will align with go-live waves.
- There is a new micro-learning recording available: Alma Zones Part 3.
- The recording of the Feb 5 Fulfillment (Circulation Desk) Go Live Checklist demonstration has been posted. The OhioLINK Go Live Checklist can be used to assess and supplement personal skills.

ETD Council meeting, Feb 17, 2pm
The Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) Center Advisory Council will meet on Monday February 17 at 2 p.m. The ETD Council represents the interests of ETD Center member institutions and authors to OhioLINK.
DIAD Policy Team meeting rescheduled to March 3, 10AM
The Database Improvement and Discoverability (DIAD) Policy Team will meet on Monday March 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. via Webex. DIAD focuses on metadata as it relates to integration between shared systems and local systems, authority work, database integrity, and the impact of displays and searching of metadata on end users in shared or integrated systems. Acquisitions Working Group open session, Feb 21, 9AM
The Acquisitions LSP Working Group invites those who work with acquisitions, as well as any other interested library staff, to register for an open discussion on February 21 at 9-10AM. The working group would like to share learning around about the migration to Alma and what it means for acquisitions in your library, including topics such as migrating acquisitions, fiscal close, ordering, acquisitions integrations, and technical freeze activities, and more. The session will be recorded.
Exploring Alma Analytics and Sharing Reports, Feb 25, 11AM
Please register to join the Reporting and Analytics Working Group on Feb 25 at 11:00 a.m. for an hour-long open community discussion on running reports and sharing templates with other members in the Alma Analytics Catalog. This session will include a demonstration on generating basic fulfillment reports using shared Ex Libris templates, sharing reports, and leveraging the Community Folder for collaboration. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss shared reporting needs within their institutions and across the consortium. It will be recorded.
DUX WG Wants to Hear from You: Live Training Debrief, Your Questions & Priorities, Feb 26, 10AM
Register for the Discovery and User Experience Working Group open call on Feb 26 at 10AM. This session is a chance to share questions and tips across discovery topics and will help the DUX Working Group better understand the state of work across OhioLINK to identify ways to support you. NOTSL Scholarship application deadline, Feb 14
Applications for the 2025 Northern Ohio Technical Services Librarians (NOTSL) Scholarships are being accepted until February 14. NOTSL scholarships support educational activities in library technical services for applicants at any point in their careers and/or degree programs. Individual awards will not exceed $1500. Scholarship(s) will be awarded at the discretion of the NOTSL Scholarship Committee. For eligibility requirements and more information, visit NOTSL’s website.
